Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at hello@themibblers.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.  We do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases. We do not offer an exchange or refund on any items purchased on sale.

Make an exchange

  • Send us an email to hello@themibblers.com within 14 days of purchase date to organise your exchange.
  • You’ll have to arrange to return the product at your own expense and we recommend that products should be returned via registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you also insure your parcel. The Mibblers will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
  • We will need to charge you postage to send your exchanged product back to you, because we get charged, not because we want to “make more money”. We only charge our flat rate of $8.95 postage with Registered Tracking.
  • The products you are returning must be brand new and in its original condition, it must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in original packaging. We will inspect the returned products before we issue an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the products returned fails to meet these conditions.

Missing item or damaged in transit 
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any packages once they have been shipped. In addition, we accept no responsibility for unclaimed packages.

Faulty Items
Yikes! Firstly, we’re sorry if your product wasn’t perfect, we work so hard to make sure our products are made with the upmost care and attention. If the product you have received is faulty, please be sure to send an email through to hello@themibblers.com and let us know within 30 days of your purchase date. If there is a fault with the product, we will absolutely cover the full cost of getting you a replacement, including the cost of return postage.

General Wear and Tear Policy
The Mibblers may have some general wear and tear over time so do not be alarmed if you notice some of the food grade paint on your beloved Mibbler has worn away, this is a natural process as the materials that are used to make The Mibblers are all natural. It also really depends on how rough and tough your bub is, some might never notice this happening, while others may. The good news is we offer a 6 month quality guarantee from the date of purchase, so if for some reason you have any issues simply Get in Touch and we can help you out.
